These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by SmartPupPro related to your SmartPupPro account and services.

1. Program name

2. What messages you may receive
If you opt in to SMS notifications from SmartPupPro, you may receive text messages related to:
- reminder notifications
- booking-related updates
- account alerts
- billing notifications
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, reminder settings, booking activity, and account notifications.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply.
5. How you opt in
You opt in to receive SmartPupPro SMS Notifications by taking the following steps:
- Create a SmartPupPro account.
- Configure the reminders and alerts you want inside the SmartPupPro platform.
- Go to the SMS settings page.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Check the SMS consent box.
- Submit the SMS consent form.
6. Consent
By submitting the SMS consent form, you expressly agree to receive SMS notifications from SmartPupPro about bookings, reminders, account alerts, and billing notifications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of SmartPupPro, if that remains true for your service.
7. How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SmartPupPro text message.
You may also disable SMS alerts in your SmartPupPro settings, when available.
9. Supported numbers and availability
SmartPupPro SMS Notifications are intended for users who provide a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages.
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability and network conditions.
10. Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with the SmartPupPro Privacy Policy.
SmartPupPro does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
