SmartPupPro collects explicit customer consent before sending transactional SMS messages.

How consent is collected

Users provide their mobile number during signup, booking, or account settings and must actively check an unchecked consent box before SMS notifications are enabled.

Message types include booking confirmations, reminders, account alerts, and billing notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
